Bad customer service
I have bad experiences with customer service in my bank. I was surprised when I checked my account, I noticed that  they charge me 20 bucks every month on my credit card. I felt like they ripped me off. When I called the customer service to ask them about this  issue, they keep putting me on hold for a long time then transferred me from one person to another. After a long wait, they told me they don’t have any idea about my case, and that I have to call my account manager or visit their branch. These kind of people drive me crazy! I called my account manager and asked him about my case. He told me that I should call the bank every month to do the payment for the credit card before the due date, I said “Sorry! The payment must be deducted automatically as I think.” He said, “you should call us before and inform us to do this payment automatically every month. Otherwise, we will charge you 20 bucks if you didn’t pay before the due date.” I said, “But it’s the bank’s responsibility to send me an alert message before the deduction date” He said, “It was supposed to be sent, but I assume they messed the procedure up. Anyway, I will add you in the alert system and make the payment automatic if you want.” I gladly said, “Please do so. I can’t call you every month  to do this payment. Since that day, I started checking my account daily because of this misunderstanding. I’ve been basically pouring my money down the drains!”
